Send Email is used to send emails through a SMTP or Exchange mail server.

The recipients of the email. Multiple recipients can be separated with a semicolon (;).
CC
The recipients to CC on the email. Multiple recipients can be separated with a semicolon (;).
BCC
The recipients to BCC on the email. Multiple recipients can be separated with a semicolon (;).
Subject
The subject of the email.
From
The email address of the sender. Some email servers will cause the email to fail if you omit the from email address.

Mail Format
The format of the email:
·    Plain Text
·    HTML
Grouping
When you have an action that sends multiple emails you can group the emails with one of the grouping options:
·    No Grouping
·    Group by To
·    Group by CC
·    Group by BCC
·    Group by Subject
·    Group by From
Priority
The priority indicator for the email.
Mail Profile
The mail profile to use. Refer to the Mail Server Manager about mail profiles.
Read Receipt
Indicate if you need a read receipt for the email.
