The Mail Server Manager is a single repository for all incoming and outgoing mail server settings.

Click on Add to add or the Delete to remove mail profiles.

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
  
Host
The host address of the mail server. This can be the SMTP or Exchange Mail Server address.
Domain
If you are connecting to the a mail server that requires domain name authentication specify a domain name, otherwise leave this field empty.
User Name
The username to authenticate with.
Password
The password to use with the authentication.
Port
The SMTP server port. The default value is 25.
SSL Option
·              No SSL – If you are not using a secure connection.
·              SSL – If you need a SSL connection.
·              SSL/TLS – If you need SSL over TLS.

Incoming Mail (POP3)
  
Host
The POP3 incoming mail server name or IP address.
User Name
The username to authenticate with.
Password
The password to use with the authentication.
Port
The POP3 Server port. The default value is 110.
Read Timeout
Specifies the read/download timeout in seconds.
Secure Password Authentication
Indicates if the authentication must be done using secure password authentication.
SSL
Indicates if a SSL connection is required.
