Almost all tasks in Optitask will have one or more triggers assigned to them. The triggers are

A task can have multiple triggers. You can create a trigger by opening the Task Properties and
selecting Triggers or by right-clicking on the Triggers node under the task and selecting New
Trigger from the menu or taskbar.
From the New Trigger screen select the trigger component that you wish to use and click on OK
to create the trigger for the task. Once the trigger is created you can double-click on the trigger

Enabling and Disabling Triggers
You can enable or disable all triggers by clicking on the Enable or Disable items under the
Triggers menu. When triggers are disabled, no tasks will execute automatically.
