Some organizations have hundreds of tasks that are all configured in a single Optitask
environment. To make it easier to manage, the tasks can be structured in folders and sub-folders
to any depth.
To create a new folder for your tasks, right click on the Tasks element and select New Folder or
click on the New Folder icon in the taskbar. You can also create sub-folders under other folders
by selecting a parent folder and clicking on the same New Folder icon.
To rename a folder, right-click on the folder you wish to rename and click on Rename from the
popup context menu.
To delete a folder, right click on the folder you wish to delete and click on Delete from the context
menu.
Note: When a folder is deleted all sub-folders and tasks within that folder will also be
deleted.
